Job Offer: General Manager

We are currently looking for a hands-on manager for Curaçao Wine and Dine its three beautiful restaurants on the Piscadera Bay in Curaçao. It involves the managing of à la carte restaurant Pirate Bay, pizzeria Tomatoes and tapas restaurant ''Que Tapa'', which will open this March/April. This is an unique opportunity for the hospitality enthusiast with a passion for his profession!

Activities:

- Overall management; cost control, cost management and supervising the kitchen, bar and service staff while assisting when needed.

- Maintaining contact with suppliers and ensure the maintenance of materials and services

- Ensure that all necessary paperwork reaches the office so that the administration can be done

- HR activities; selecting and training personnel, calculating personnel costs and checking personnel rosters and   hours. Providing various training courses for the staff, directing the chef and organizing weekly meetings with the supervisors.

- Conducting marketing activities and keeping abreast of the latest trends in the hospitality industry

- Designing and setting up appropriate events

Skills:

We are looking for someone with a hands-on mentality, a lot of catering experience and basic knowledge of finance, who can make a group of random people a winning team. Are we looking for you?
