TimesTen Scaleout is a fully distributed database with transparent data distribution, a single database image, ACID transactions, automatic high-availability via K-safety, elastic scalability and extreme performance. Lead a worldwide team of 30 people based in various locations in the USA, Canada, Mexico and the UK.

Specific accomplishments:
• Guided and coordinated all test design, development and execution for TimesTen Scaleout, a brand-new shared-nothing in-memory OLTP relational database that scales up to 64 nodes.
• Delivered 100+ test projects across 5 major TimesTen releases.
• Refocused and transformed team of manual testers into test automation experts.
• Cut overall development cost by setting up and training a near-shore team in Mexico.
