I managed 4 employees ( Project Managers) in 3 different countries.

- 15M $ Annual savings on transportation (part of a project in 2004-2005)
- Supported the building and implementation of the "Change Office", consisting of a team of 20+ experienced project managers spread across eight countries that served as an internal consultancy to the Worldwide AppleCare organization.
