A healthcare professional with more than 25 years experience in the medical healthcare market. Large network in the medical field: both in- and outside hospitals.
Broad experience in many areas such as marketing and sales and purchasing:

In the marketing and sales area:
• Product Management
o Downstream Product management (GE Applicare, Pallas Athena, Rogan Delft)
o Upstream product management (Rogan Delft, GE Applicare, Eastman Kodak)
• Account Management
• Organize Exhibitions (design booths, give-aways, contact booth designers, build up and tear down, ship materials, budget control)
• New business development
• Create training programs targeted for end users and provide training
• Creating training programs for distributors and colleague sales teams
• Organizing road shows for demonstrating products and solutions
• Consulting and pre-sales activities with regards to software needs
• Handling communication & information distribution between user- and technical factions
• Organize user meetings with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL's)
• Creating offers and RFI documents
• Defining requirements from the end users to the development team
• Proposing and advising medical IT solutions to business partners and end users
• Developing and producing marketing material such as brochures, manuals, white papers and other documents
• Documenting business processes and technical specifications
• Developing strategies for selling medical software products & solutions to sales channels and end users


In purchasing products in the medical field
• initiating European tenders
• managing the entire purchasing process from listing requirements to contracting
• creating and implement purchasing strategies with the users (“the business”)
• creating common ground for projects (including change management)
• negotiating contracts
• leading project teams in European tender projects

A gregarious person with good networking capabilities, who is particularly at ease in working together in a small team, applying both business & system knowledge to the delivery of system products.
