Robert’s last role was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a high-tech company delivering an ‘e-Healtcare’ solution to detect medicine removal via ‘smart devices’ improving the quality of life of Consumers.
Robert is an experienced operational manager with more than 10 years of line-management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of over 100 professionals. His leadership style is characterized by energizing co-workers through trust and motivation to grow and be successful. Authenticity and integrity, but also focus on the end result are key elements in the way Robert communicates and acts.
!During his 15 year of consultancy experience Robert has advised many companies on how to focus on Customer Value and optimizing the whole of the Business-, Information (financial and operational) and IT architecture. Optimization of the finance function and delivering relevant Business Intelligence is a key competence of Robert. Robert has also brought various innovative products for key customers to the market, hence creating value. Robert has established a strong network at Board level in various industries.
!Solving complex challenges with professionals and achieve a concrete result is what gets Robert energized. As ‘leader’ he will always be part of a team working on a concrete challenge signaling he values a ‘hands-on’ mentality. ‘Getting things done’ and obtaining success is Robert’s greatest reward.
