Wat breng ik mee?

Ondernemende, vindingrijke vrouw met passie en humor. Ben innovatief, collegiaal, communicatief sterk, sociaal ingesteld en leergierig. Heb ruim 10 jaar werk ervaring in de Hospitality branche, op meerdere levels en in verschillende branches. Ik zoek een functie, waarin ik mijn passie zoals communicatie, ondernemen, regelen, onderzoeken en ontwikkelen kan inzetten. Dit in de Evenementen, Customer Service of Hospitality.

Ik wil met mijn spontaniteit, mensen motiveren en daar doelgericht mee werken. De ingrediënten die ik zoek zijn verantwoordelijkheid, delegeren, afwisseling en inspireren. De uitdaging aangaan, teamwork, maar ook zelfstandig. Ik heb het talent om in korte tijd mensen mee te krijgen in een cultuurverandering daarom zoek ik een baan als productiechef, supervisor en/of bedrijfsleider. Daar waar te veel zaken fout gaan (kwaliteit producten en/of dienstverlening, ziekteverzuim, verloop en servicegerichtheid) krijg ik dat met enkele maanden weer op de rit.

In this role, I have been working with different stakeholders to ensure effective involvement of users and buyers in user testing, focus groups and job shadowing, (including our development partners). I also focus on recruiting users and buyers of SciVerse and SciVal solutions to expand the existing database of buyers and users.

I work in close cooperation with the Partner Relations Managers and UCD optimizing and streamlining the process of involving hundreds of customers per year in different sorts of interactions.
I was also responsible for setting up a frame work, best practices and structure for Socialtext, (Elsevier intranet), to make sure it will continuously serve as an up to date, easy to use source of information.
