Oversaw Shell business development planning and execution for the leading global provider of information technology to expand scope of business. Created and implemented strategic plan, matching formal buying processes, portfolio offerings, communications, and sales planning. Fostered key business relationships, managed RFIs/RFPs, and identified prospective candidates.
Highlights & Accomplishments:
• Swift set up of team and business plan, positioning HP as comprehensive Applications & Business Process Services provider.
• ABS Team achieved additional $10M ABS revenue in first year.
Manager, HP Local Sales Support Team (2011 to 2012)
Managed development of localised team supporting growth opportunities for HP. Led a marketing/sales campaign to promote the team internally, recruited bid managers, strategists and solutioners, and trained employees. Directed the negotiation of complex major business opportunities, met regularly with sales teams to evaluate timelines and assess needs, and oversaw management reporting.

Account Manager, Fortis Commercial Finance account (2010 to 2011)
Directed management of contract between HP and Fortis Commercial Finance, a subsidiary of Fortis Bank Nederland. Supervised HP employee team, day-to-day business operations, internal sales and approvals, and internal and external reports.

Business Manager, KPMG account (2009 to 2010)
Developed operational business plan for HP and KPMG, one of the world’s largest professional services companies. Led efforts to grow support of KPMG’s agenda, including identifying needs, building strategic relationships, assessing service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance, evaluating company metrics, and streamlining communications and reporting.

• Successfully introduced and implemented business model addressing company needs.
• Created shared agenda with clearly defined improvement projects by addressing and removing issues of non-compliance between HP and KPMG.
Project Manager, ING account (2008 to 2009)
Directed implementation of Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) service management methodology for a multinational banking and financial services corporation, a key client for HP. Managed team of 20 full-time developers, trainers, and organisers within the User Education segment of the project. Created a Plan of Approach based on research and analysis, for approval by the Chief Information Officer (CIO).

• Achieved successful, on-time delivery, within budget, of IMAC program and Education stream.

Business Development Manager, Fortis account (2007 to 2008)
Drove company growth through development of key business strategies and merger/integration planning for Fortis, an international banking company.
