I have proven myself to be a dedicated and effective bridge between commercial requirements and technical implementations. My earlier successes have been achieved across different platforms and infrastructures. From small scale projects to participating in Business critical programs. I am tenacious, with using clear concise communications; I am able to take projects to their logical conclusions. I am comfortable with communicating with all levels, right from the Board through to a Developer. I also bring along experience of working with off shore companies working on multiple projects simultaneously based in locations such as India, Belgium and Germany.
What do I have to offer?
I am a people oriented person with good communication and social skills. While being customer- focussed at all times during the lifecycle of a project, I also never lose the business priorities.
I am PRINCE 2 Foundation certified. I am experienced in taking a functional specification and working from a basic document, putting together a team of people appropriate to the project, setting common goals, keeping the team motivated and along with generating and maintaining the Project Reports for the various audiences. I bring about harmony in my team, with the timely sharing of information for each member of the team. People Management is a skill I have at times employed in managing conflicts within a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals.

o Actively involved with the support and co-ordination of social work in Bangalore (India). Trustee of a foundation.
o Adult education in my local church (New Day International Church, Almere (NDIC)).
o Language coach: teaching Dutch to non-Dutch adults.
