• Project Manager | BT Global Services Amsterdam| April 2007 to October 2014.
End to end management of complex (international and domestic) implementation change and migration projects.
Led multinational virtual delivery and technical implementation teams to deliver within budget, time, quality and solution thresholds.
Maintained close working relationships both internally and with customer contacts and applied accurate Risk/ Issue and stakeholder management to ensure clarity and ultimately high quality results.
Extensive experience covers successfully managing internal, Government, Industrial and Banking projects (varying in TOV from €1,5 to €30M).
More recently provided detailed process and technical support our project and delivery organisations as Subject Matter Expert for Global voice and GSIP implementations.

• Technical Support Engineer (TAC2) | BT Global Services Amsterdam| January 2003 to April 2007.
A very satisfying diverse technical role; it often crossed the boundaries of technical support, account/project management and service delivery. The wide scope of work provided me with much opportunity for growth.
Next to providing 2nd level Technical diagnostics for live BT services (IP/frame-relay/ATM/MPLS) I managed the technical ‘people’ resources and the assumption of technical lead in the troubleshooting and solving of customer network issues. I developed and implemented new procedures and working methods. I gave technical support to the Project, SAM and TAC3 teams for new implementations and customer network updates.
Since this role operated on a 24-hour basis the ability to be both a strong team player and decisively independent with solid customer focus was of utmost importance. Clear, concise and accurate communication and attention to detail aided my success in this challenging technical environment.

• Service Assurance Technician | BT Worldwide Amsterdam| June 2000 to January 2003
Performed as part of a front office team lending proactive monitoring to support to BT Worldwide clients on a 24/7/365 basis. By adhering to strict time management and contracted service level agreements (SLA), coordination of internal resources, 3rd party suppliers and other BT entities I was able to provide and assist in delivering the high level of service expected. During this time I was able to take on extra responsibilities such as team coach, stand-in team leader and the provision of monthly reports.
In this position I built and strengthened my BT portfolio and knowledge of standard and non-standard solutions enabling me to make the step forward Technical Engineer.

• Various: Instructor (outdoor sports & activity) France; Country Manager; other seasonal | July 1995 to May 2000.
Located in France I worked 5 years worth of seasonal functions (summer & winter) ranging from Country manager through River team leader to project coordinator. I successfully balanced a working life with intense sporting activity.

Trail runner, cyclist/ mountain biker, skier, swimmer, rugby player and skateboarder but have passion for sport in general.
