Mijn dromen en ambities
Ich heiße René Schell ein Weltbürger mit Wurzeln in Südostasien, insbesondere kulturelle Hintergründe aus Indonesien, Malaysia und Singapore. Aber auch Geschichte, Gegenwart und Zukunft der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Ich habe Interesse an Slawische Sprachen und Kulturen. Beruflich bin ich schon seit langem ein erfahrener mehrsprachiger Kundendienstbetreuer der ein guter Zuhörer ist und sich zugleich gut Einfühlt in schwierigen Kundensituationen, der sich ebenfalls wunderbar zwischen Menschen aus verschiedensten Kulturen mischt. Durch dieses einfache mischen habe ich mich bereits den Titel “ein richtiger Internationalist " zu sein bei meine Kollegen erworben.
I am René Schell a World Citizen with roots in southeast Asia, especially with cultural backgrounds from Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. But also past, present and future of the Federal Republic of Germany. I am interested in Slavic languages and cultures. Professionally I am an experienced Customer Service representative who is a strong listener and has strong empathy for customer situations, who is strong at mingling with people and an excellent cross cultural communicator. In easily switching between different cultures I have already been characterized as a true "internationalist" by my colleagues.

Leaning more towards logistics I dealt with outstanding Customer Service cases ranging from
Double Deliveries, Lost in Transits, Damaged/Defect/Faulty product and arranging returns in close
contact with the distributors. (IT, PC equipment I-pads, mobile phones etc.) With deeper logistics
this job entailed new facets of the Customer Service to me.

maternity leave)

Having worked for Skiffy, formerly Johan Pützfeld BV before I was familiar with the product line. I
advised customers and processed orders using the (SAP or similar) company system. Generally
helping out in the absence of a colleague on maternity leave using my vast knowledge and
experience in CS.

In a callcenter setting I advised B2B customers and end users about Nike sports products by
phone and processed phone orders as well as customer data and the reports entry in the
(SAP or similar) company system. Official language within the company was English. I have
been part of both the German and UK customer teams.

Indonesian / Malay culture.

I advised B2B customers for this manufacturer of conveyor belts. Adjusting customer data,
providing technical calculations and processing orders in the (SAP or similar) company systems
was part of my tasks. I worked alternatively in German, English and Dutch.

I informed mainly international customers about scheduled maintenance on the
telephone- and internet network and entered data in the company systems. Soon I became
liaison officer between the Scheduled Maintenance and German teams.
